Let me be by the end of this road, where the city skyline disappears while the mountains are calling my name.
Rocky trail ahead, and my unused gear doesn't seem to fit. No fellow travelers, yet everyone seems so lost and joyful. The air is so clean, but why is it so hard to breathe? I've always admired beauty from a certain height, the perfect blend of nature's tranquility and man's insanity. What now? The voice that called my name, did I get to meet it?
I didn't get very far, because while I was chasing the voice in the mountains, the one from home echoed much louder.
Let me be by the beginning of this road, where the journey to the known begins, while I hear a voice from within calling my name.
